The Subject Of The Order Is The Execution Of The Task Entitled: Management Of Provincial Roads No. 801, No. 801A And No. 831 In The Scope Of Ongoing Maintenance Of Cleanliness And Greenery In Road Lanes Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The City Of Dęblin.1. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Cleaning The Road After Winter - Length: 6.20 Km; 2) Mechanical Cleaning Of The Road - 6.20 Km X 6; 3) Cleaning Lawns Of Solid Waste - 2,331 M2 X 5; 4) Mowing Lawns - 2,331 M2 X 6;5) Cleaning Sidewalks And Bicycle Paths - 13,491 M2 X 5;6) Raking And Disposal Of Leaves - 2,331 M2 X 4.2. The Contractors Duties Will Include In Particular: 1) Mechanical Cleaning Of The Road, Using Appropriate Equipment (Self-Propelled Or Trailed Sweepers), With A Width Of Min. 1 Meter From Each Of The Two Edges Along With Embankments And Sidewalks, Bicycle Paths, Dividing Islands And Pedestrian Refuges Over The Entire Width;2) Cleaning Of The Surface Of Parking Lots And Bus Stops And Parking Bays Located On The Roads Covered By The Transfer;3) Manual Cleaning Of Sidewalks And Other Places Where It Is Not Possible Using Equipment;4) Removal And Management Of Waste Generated During The Service, In Accordance With The Waste Act Of December 14 2012 (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended). All Costs And Responsibility Related To The Removal And Management Of Waste Generated Are Borne By The Contractor; 5) Mowing Lawns - Before Starting Each Mowing, The Contractor Will Remove Stones, Cans, Branches And Other Debris From The Grass. The Height Of The Grass After Mowing Should Not Be Higher Than 5 Cm; 6) Work Should Be Carried Out During Hours With The Lowest Traffic Intensity, Observing All Safety Rules And Possible Marking Of The Work Site, In Accordance With Annex No. 1 - 4 To The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of July 3, 2003 On Detailed Technical Conditions For Road Signs And Signals As Well As Road Traffic Safety Devices And The Conditions For Their Placement On Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2019) R. Item 2311, As Amended), Equipping Working Equipment With Orange Warning Lamps (Pulsating) And Dressing Employees In Warning Vests.
