1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Provision Of Specialist Services In The Field Of Veterinary Radiology, Including Diagnostic And Surgical Ultrasound, Preparing Descriptions Of Ultrasound, Radiological And Tomographic Examinations, And Conducting Radiological Consultations. The Research Will Include Companion Animals At The University Center For Veterinary Medicine. Patients Will Be Registered For Examinations By The Reception Employee Of The University Center Of Veterinary Medicine. A) Examinations Will Be Performed Using Ultrasound Equipment Owned By The University Center Of Veterinary Medicine, University Of Life Sciences In Poznań; B) Place Of Provision Of Services: University Center Of Veterinary Medicine (Ul. Szydłowska 43, 60-656 Poznań) - Work In An Office Adapted To Perform Specialized Examinations In The Field Of Veterinary Ultrasound; C) Transport To The Place Of Performance Of Services, Possible Overnight Stay, Accommodation Is Provided By The Contractor On Its Own; D) Patients Will Be Registered At The Reception Desk Of The University Center For Veterinary Medicine; E) The Ordering Party Requires Availability At Least One Day A Week (Note: Offer Evaluation Criterion) In A Time Span Depending On The Needs (Number Of Patients); F) The Contractor Will Be Entitled To A Two-Week Break During The Holiday Period, Agreed At Least Two Weeks In Advance; G) The Ordering Party Requires The Ability To Work In A Multidisciplinary Team Of Veterinarians And Good Knowledge Of Equipment For Specialized Radiological Examinations (Usg, X-Ray, Ct)
