Karola Miarki 14, 46-082 Buy 2) Rehabilitation Hospital In Pokoju, Ul. Namysłowska 22, 46-034 Room.3. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Is Approximately 27,000 Kg Per Year.4. The Specified Amounts Of Waste Are Indicative And May Decrease Or Increase During The Execution Of The Contract.5. The Ordering Party Will Pay The Contractor For The Actual Amounts Of Waste Collected.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit A Price Form Containing A Waste Collection Schedule For All Locations Covered By The Subject Of The Order, But For The Kup Facility These Days Should Be: Monday And Thursday Or Tuesday And Friday. 11.
