The Subject Of The Order Is A Comprehensive Dry Cleaning Service, Water Laundry Assortment In The Form Of Work Clothes: Foremans Uniforms (Jacket, Trousers) Made Of Pickaxe Fabric And Large Flannel Shirts, As Well As A Drying, Ironing And Sorting Service Along With The Transport Of The Above-Mentioned Assortment.2. The Order Also Includes Comprehensive Bleaching, Dry Cleaning And Water Cleaning Of The Laundry Assortment In The Form Of: Bedding Sets (Duvet, Pillow, Sheet, Pillow Case, Duvet Cover, Small And Large Towels, Mostly Made Of Cotton), Foot Towels And Blankets Along With The Service Of Ironing Or Ironing, Drying And Sorting, Ensuring The Transport Of The Above-Mentioned Assortment. Blankets Owned By The Ordering Party Should Be Washed At 40 Degrees. They Must Not Be Dried In Tumble Dryers, They Should Not Be Ironed And They Should Not Be Bleached.3. As Part Of The Reported Needs, The Ordering Party Will Send Laundry For Repair/Tailoring Services, Including: Replacing Damaged Zippers, Sewing In Missing Buttons, Or Repairing Torn Bedding.4. Miners Uniforms And Fabric Accessories Will Also Be Sent For Washing On An Irregular Basis, Such As: Umbrellas, Deckchairs, Flags And Batfans, Mattress Covers, The Rat Mascot Costume, The Treasurers And Barbaras Costumes, And Animation Tunnels And Scarves. Also Eligible For Dry Cleaning And Water Cleaning Along With Drying, Sorting And Transport.5. The Services Include: Washing, Sorting, Drying, Ironing, Starching, Ironing Of Laundry Products With Disinfection (Depending On The Type Of Laundry Products) And Tailoring Services.6. The Given Quantities Are Estimated And May Change In Accordance With The Current Needs Of The Ordering Party In Relation To The Quantities Given In The Assortment And Price Form (Appendix No. 5 Swz). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Make Quantitative Changes In Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Contract During The Duration Of The Contract - Increase Or Decrease In Individual Items. Such A Change Will Not Result In Any Claims For Damages From The Contractor.7. The Services Will Be Provided In The Contractors Laundry Using Its Products, Including Powders, Washing And Rinsing Liquids, Disinfectants, And The Washing, Drying, Ironing And Ironing Methods Used By The Contractor Must Be Adapted To The Received Assortment And Cannot Cause Changes In The Structure, Color And Shape Of The Assortment.8. The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of Washing And Disinfecting Agents With The Required Approvals And Certificates.9. The Contractor Is Responsible For Items Damaged During Washing, Ironing And Ironing, As Well As During Transport.
