The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of Sidewalks Along Provincial Roads In The Gromnik Commune, Along With Obtaining The Necessary Decisions/Certificates From The Relevant Authorities Enabling The Ordering Party To Start The Construction Project. The Task Was Divided Into Two Parts: • The First Part Includes The Development Of Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Sidewalk Along Provincial Road No. 980 From Municipal Road No. 203826K To Westerplatte Street In Gromnik (Approximately 515 M) Along With The Design Of A Pedestrian Route On The Bridge On The Biała River And The Redesign Of The Existing Bus Stop.2. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes, In Both Parts Of The Order: 1) Preparation Of An Inventory Of The Area Covered By The Subject Order, 2) Development Of A Complete Construction And Executive Design, 3) Preparation Of Environmental, Water, Legal And Geological Documentation Along With Obtaining Administrative Decisions / Permits (If Required) 4) Preparation Of A Project Of Temporary And Target Traffic Organization, 5) Preparation Of The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works For All Industries Included In The Scope Of The Documentation Design, 6) Preparation Of An Investors Cost Estimate For All Industries Included In The Scope Of The Documentation, 7) Preparation Of A Bill Of Quantities With A Detailed List Of Works, 8) Obtaining, At Your Own Expense, Technical Conditions, Arrangements, Opinions And Decisions - Including A Map For Design Purposes - Necessary For The Design And Obtaining A Building Permit By The Contractor / No Objection To Reporting The Construction Of Facilities Or Execution Of Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit From The Appropriate Authority Along With The Lack Of Objection (After Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Issue The Contractor With Appropriate Authorization.),9) Development Of Possible Explanations For The Submitted Application For A Building Permit Decision/Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works,10) Development Of Answers To Possible Questions From Contractors At The Stage Of The Public Procurement Procedure For Works Covered By The Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Order,11) Development Of Possible Updates Of The Investors Cost Estimate And Bill Of Quantities Within A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Submitting The Complete Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Procedure To The Ordering Party Without Requesting Additional Remuneration From The Ordering Party,12) Preparation Of Possible Updates Designs Of Temporary And Final Traffic Organization Within A Period Of 5 Years From The Date Of Providing The Ordering Party With Complete Documentation That Is The Subject Of This Procedure, Without Requiring Additional Remuneration From The Ordering Party, 13) Modification Of Any Design Studies At The Stag
