Tenders Are Invited For Purchase Of Gas Fuel And Its Delivery To The Building Of The Ursynów District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw At Al. Committee Of National Education 61 In Warsaw, Intended For Fuel Purposes.

• The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Gaseous Fuel - High-Methane Natural Gas Of Group E And Its Delivery At A Pressure Of Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa To The Installations Located In The Gas Boiler Room Owned By The Recipient, In The Building Of The Ursynów District Office Of The Capital City Of Warsaw At Al. Commission Of National Education 61 In Warsaw, Intended For Heating Purposes. • Natural Gas Will Be Supplied On The Basis Of A Comprehensive Contract Containing The Provisions Of The Sales Contract And The Contract For The Provision Of Gas Transmission Or Distribution Services And In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Energy Law Act Of April 10, 1997 And The Implementing Regulations To This Act. The Supplied Gaseous Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Implementing Acts And Polish Standards.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Report To The Distribution System Operator The Implementation Of The Concluded Contract For The Comprehensive Supply Of Gaseous Fuel.• The Quantity Of The Ordered Gaseous Fuel And The Order Of Contracted Capacity Until The End Of The Contract Are Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Contract. The Expected Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is An Estimate And Is Used To Compare Offers. • The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims For The Use Of Smaller Amounts Of Gas Fuel In Relation To The Assumed Amounts. • Information Regarding The Currently Implemented Contract: - The Current Contractor Of The Gas Supply Contract Is Unimot Energia I Gaz Sp. Z O. O. - The Currently Valid Gas Supply Contract Was Concluded For The Period From March 1, 2025 To June 30, 2026 And Does Not Require Notice. - The Gas Distribution Service By The Current Contractor For The Ordering Partys Consumption Points Has Been Reported To The Distribution System Operator For The Duration Of The Current Contract. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Together With The Forecast Demand For Gas Fuel Is Specified In: - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 4 To The Swz; Draft Provisions Of The Contract Together With The Annex Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz; Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz.
