Tenders Are Invited For Zp/Czd/017/26 Authors Supervision And Service For Proflab Software Used In The Department Of Microbiology, Basic Research Laboratory, Pharmacokinetics And Allergology Laboratory

The Subject Of The Order Is Authors Supervision And The Provision Of Service Support Enabling The Ongoing Operation Of Lsi Proflab On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract According To Annex 2 To Swz.1. The Authors Supervision Includes: 1.1. Providing By The Contractor A Subscription Entitling To Receive Developments (Upgrades) And Updates (Updates) Issued By The Lsi Proflab Manufacturer In The Scope Of System Modules Held On The Day Of Signing The Contract. 1.2. Providing New Versions Of The Software Taking Into Account Statutory And Development Changes, Developing New Reports And Modifying Existing Ones For The Needs Of The Ordering Party. 1.3. Readiness To Provide Developer Services Consisting In Paid Implementation Of Changes. In The Software Proposed By The Ordering Party1.4 Successive Deliveries Of Barcodes, According To Individual Orders Of The Ordering Party. 1.5 Barcodes Will Be Generated In Accordance With The Recommendations And Specifications Of The Proflab System To Which They Are Delivered. 1.6 Barcodes Will Be Generated While Maintaining Uniqueness.2. Service Support The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Service Support To The Ordering Party During The Term Of The Contract In The Scope Of Purchased Licenses. 2.1 The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Maintenance Services Remotely (Without Coming To The Ordering Partys Office), Except In Cases Where It Is Necessary To Come To The Ordering Partys Office, After Consultation With The Ordering Party. 2.2 Service Support Includes: A) Consultations And Service Assistance Regarding The Operation Of The Application And Any Changes To Definable System Elements, B) Consultations On New Versions Of The System, C) Consultations On System Administration, D) Installation Of New Versions Of Application Software, E) Correcting And Removing Application Errors And Their Effects, F) Creating Additional Reports Enabling The Analysis Of Data Collected In The Proflab System, No More Than 1 Report Per Month, G) Assistance In Database Administration, Including: - Removing Record Errors, Checking The Correctness Of The Backup, - Checking The Correctness Of Launching The Database Engine Services, - Checking The Database Growth And Free Space In The Table Space, - Checking The Database Installation Logs, - Checking The Logs Generated By The Database Engine In The Operating System, - Checking The Database Performance With Possible Tuning2.3 The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide The Ordering Party With A Notification System Available Via The Internet.
