The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Access Licenses To 2 Saas Platforms (Platform A: Project Management And Customer Service, Platform B: Data Enrichment And Prospecting) In Accordance With The Detailed Description In Point. Ii Opz. The Order Also Includes The Service Of Their Configuration, Integration, Process Automation, Design And Development Of Ai-Based Solutions, Project Management, Pmo Services, Including The Creation Of Pmo Structures And Training Of The Ordering Partys Employees. The Ordering Party Divided The Order Into The Following Stages: 1) Stage I: License Delivery (Platform A - Project Management And Customer Service And Platform B - Data Enrichment And Prospecting). A) Guaranteed Order: Subscription To Two Platforms For 12 Months For 10 Workstations. B) Option Right: Possibility To Extend The Subscription For Another Two Periods Of 12 Months (36 Months In Total).2) Stage Ii: Implementation And Customization (Configuration). The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform A One-Time:A) Pre-Implementation Analysis, I.E.: Mapping Of The Institutions Processes (E.G. Document Circulation, Contact Database Management, Sales Processes).B) Configuration Of Platform A, I.E.: Creation Of Boards, Lead Scoring And Communication Templates And Automation Of Mailing Campaigns, Dashboards. Managerial And Internal Automation. C) Configuration Of Platform B, I.E.: Preparing Workflow For Automatic Enrichment Of Data About External Entities. D) Integration, I.E.: Connecting 2 Platforms So That The Data Obtained In Platform B Automatically Feeds The Databases In Platform A. E) Onboarding, I.E.: Making The Course Available From The Platform For Current And Future Users. 3) Stage Iii: Technical Support/Development Work (Option Right). Support Will Include: A) Development Work - Introducing New Functionalities In The Clients Environment, Building Automation, Integration, Ai Solutions And Additional Components That Expand The Platforms Capabilities And Support The Development Of Business Processes. This Includes The Design, Configuration And Implementation Of New System Elements. B) Optimization Works - Improvements To Existing Configurations, Organization And Consolidation Of Automation, And Improvement Of The Transparency Of Board And Workflow Structures. The Goal Is To Ensure That The Environment Works Faster, More Stably And In Accordance With The Platforms Best Practices. C) Service Work - Ad Hoc Assistance Related To Account Configuration, Diagnostics Of Errors In Automations, Correction Of Settings And Adjustments Resulting From Changes In Customer Processes Or Platform Updates That Affect Existing Configurations. Cooperation Model: Under The Contract, The Contractor Will Provide A Maximum Package Of Hours - 50 Hours In Each Subscription Period For Technical Support And Development Work.
