The Subject Of The Order Is To Conduct Vocational Courses For Teachers Teaching At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Niepołomice - Economic And Commercial Sector; Services In The Scope Of All The Above-Mentioned Tasks Are Exempt From Tax In Accordance With: Art. 43 Section 1 Point 29(C) Of The Goods And Services Tax Act (Journal Of Laws Of 2017, Item 1221, As Amended) - Vocational Education Or Vocational Retraining Services, Other Than Those Mentioned In Point 26: C) Financed Entirely From Public Funds - And The Provision Of Services And Delivery Of Goods Closely Related To These Services. Detailed Descriptions Of The Subject Of The Order Are Attached As Annex No. 1 Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Vocational Courses For Teachers Teaching At The Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Niepołomice: Economic And Commercial Sector, As Part Of Improving The Skills, Competences And Qualifications Of Vocational Training Staff. The Manufacturers Names Or Trademarks Used In The Documentation Are Only Used To Specify The Subject Of The Order And To Determine Technical And Functional Standards As Well As To Determine Quality And Technological Standards. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products That Are Not Inferior In Terms Of Their Quality And Technical Parameters To The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Names, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters At Least The Same Or Better Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Names In The Documentation. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify, In Accordance With Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Requirement For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Related To The Implementation Of The Order Due To The Fact That The Nature Of The Activities Performed Under This Order Does Not Justify The Performance Of Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 Pairs 1 Of The Act Of 26 June 1976. - Labor Code (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1320, As Amended) Only Persons With Relevant Qualifications May Act As Instructors.
