Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads Owned By The Kadzidło Commune, Including Profiling - 2026.

The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of 2,500.00 M3 Of A Mixture Of Natural Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 In Accordance With Wt-4 2010 And Pn-En 13242+A1:2010 For The Ongoing Maintenance Of Roads Owned By The Kadzidło Commune, Along With Profiling. Characteristics Of The Order: 1. The Supplied Material Must Be Of Good Quality (Free From Foreign Contaminants) And Meet The Parameters Specified In The Documents (Wt-4 2010) And Pn-En 13242+A1:2010.2. Before Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Submit Current Documents Confirming That The Offered Material Meets The Parameters.3. During The Execution Of The Order, In Case Of Doubts As To The Quality Of The Supplied Material, The Ordering Party May Order Control Tests Of The Material To A Specialized Laboratory. In The Event Of A Positive Result, The Testing Costs Will Be Borne By The Ordering Party, In The Case Of A Negative Result, The Contractor Will Be Charged.4. The Appropriate Quantity And Type Of Material Will Be Delivered Each Time Within 3 Days From The Date Of Submission/Sending Of The Request By The Ordering Party, To The Indicated Place In The Kadzidło Commune (The Material Should Be Spread On The Surface On The Indicated Road Section And Profiled Using A Grader. 5. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Take Samples Of The Delivered Material From The Means Of Transport Before Spreading It. 6. If The Material Is Delivered In A Quantity Or Quality That Does Not Meet The Requirements, The Ordering Party May Refuse Acceptance, And The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver A New Batch Of Material Meeting The Requirements. 7. The Measurement Of Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Will Be Made In A Loose State In M3 (Cubic Meter) In The Means Of Transport.
