This Order Is Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus And The State Budget Under The European Funds For Western Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority Fepz.06 European Funds For An Active Western Pomerania, Measure Fepz.06.10: Vocational Education (Zit) In Connection With The Implementation Of The Project Active And Competent Inhabitants Of The Sławno District: Increasing The Quality Of Education In Schools Secondary Schools In The Sławno District.”3. The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Three Parts: 1) Part No. 1 - Delivery Of Sigma Club Sailing Yachts With Accessories - 2 Pieces - With The Following Minimum Parameters: A) Technical Data: Length - 6 M; Width – 2.4 M; Crew – Up To 6 People; Sail Area – 16.5 M2; Mast Length – 7.2 M; Weight – 390 Kg; Outboard Engine – 2 – 3 Hp; B) Accessories: Trapezes With Adjustment And Nibs; Self-Supporting Belts – Standing; Engine Mounting Fitting; Battery Compartment And Cables For Connecting The Engine; Transport Bracket For The Stern Mast On The Rudder Hook; Transport Bracket For The Bow Mast; Transport Bracket For The Stern Mast - Cross With Sleeves; Transport Beds For The Trailer.4. The Delivery Item Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Partys Registered Office.5. General Requirements: 1) Unless Otherwise Stated, All Swz Provisions Containing Technical Parameters Should Be Read As Minimum Parameters. 2) The Supplied Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Not Regenerated, Complete, Manufactured No Earlier Than January 2025, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional, And Come From An Official Distribution Channel. The Statement Brand New Means Equipment In Its Original Packaging (The Packaging Must Be Intact And Protected By The Manufacturer). A Physical Defect Should Also Be Understood As Any Non-Compliance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3) Warranty Documents Issued And Provided By The Contractor Should Be Consistent With The Provisions Of The Swz.6. Equivalence Criteria: 1) In Cases Where The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Indicates Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or A Specific Process That Characterizes Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor, Which Would Lead To The Preference Or Elimination Of Certain Contractors Or Products, This Means That The Ordering Party Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Contract Using Sufficiently Precise Terms And This Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract.
