The Illustrious Municipality Of Canela, Within The Framework Of Its Communal Environmental Management Strategy, Seeks To Strengthen The Environmentally Sound Management Of Household Solid Waste (Rsd), Promoting Comprehensive Management With The Community. Currently, The Rural Sector Of The Commune Has Approximately 35% Coverage In The Waste Collection Service, A Situation That Has Contributed To The Generation Of Micro-Garbage Dumps And The Inadequate Disposal Of Waste In Various Sectors. In Order To Address This Problem, It Is Proposed To Expand Rural Collection Coverage From 35% To 80%, Through The Acquisition Of A Household Solid Waste Collection Truck With A Capacity Of 7 M³, Suitable For The Existing Rural Road Network And The Geographic Conditions Of The Commune.
