The Assignment Concerns The Integration Of A New Guidance Center For De Wissel Vzw With Its Communal Services On A Property In The Protected Heritage Site Of The Former Montfortan Monastery. This Is Located Along The Diestsevest In Leuven. The Old Monastery Building And Provincial Office, Which Are Student Clusters In The Making, Are Already Located On This Site. Today, De Wissel Vzw Is Temporarily Housed In The Existing Provincial Office. The New Construction Project Provides Accommodation For 2 Living Groups Of Young People, As Well As For The Administrative Department Of The Non-Profit Organization. In Addition, The Project Includes A Meeting Space That Can Be Opened To A Larger Public, An Underground Bicycle Shed And A High-Voltage Cabin That Serves The Entire Site.
