The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Extension Of The Kindergarten In The Village Of Velké Hoštice. The Extension Will Be Located On The South Side Of The Existing Kindergarten Building And Will Connect To The South Facade, With Which It Will Be Visually (And Operationally) Connected. Thanks To The Different Height Levels And The Possibility Of Connecting To The Existing Basement Spaces, The One-Story Extension Is Connected To The Existing Basement And Does Not Disturb The Lighting And Sunlight Of The Existing Department On The Ground Floor. The Mass Of The Extension Will Form A Compact Mass At A Uniform Height Towards The Street. Under The Existing Terrace, Rooms With A Smaller Headroom Will Be Placed, And The Terrace Can Thus Remain At The Level Of The 1St Floor - It Will Only Be Surrounded By The Elevated Mass Of The New Department. The Extension Will Be Covered With A Flat Roof, Which Will Be Supplemented With Vegetation. The Extension Will Have Large Windows On The South And East Sides. A Saddle Skylight Will Be Placed In The Roof Above The Day Room For Additional Daylight Lighting. Walking Light Pipes Will Be Placed In The Terrace To Illuminate Secondary Rooms. The Entrance Will Have A Roof That Will Be The Same As The Existing Roofs - A Hipped Roof With A Low Pitch With A Gray Coating And An Underlay Of White Boards Supported By Steel Posts. The Facade Of The Extension Will Be Covered With Compact Boards In A Reddish-Brown Color. All Plumbing Elements Will Be In Painted Galvanized Sheet Metal, Or Plastic-Coated Sheet Metal In Anthracite Color. All Windows And Exterior Doors Will Be Plastic In White. The Walls Lining The Outdoor Stairs And Ramps Will Be Made Of Exposed Concrete. The Solution Also Includes A New Shed For Waste Containers. It Will Be Newly Located In The Area Of The Parking Lot Next To The Sidewalk. It Will Be Solved From The Side Of The Sidewalk By A Simple Wall Made Of Exposed Concrete (With The Embossed Inscription Kindergarten School). From The Parking Lot Side, The Steel Structure Supporting The Canopy Will Be Clad With Compact Boards In Brown-Orange Color. The Opening Doors Will Also Be Made Of These Boards. The Roof Will Be A Simple Counter With A Coating. The Existing Entrance To The Existing Commercial Basement Spaces Will Also Be Newly Roofed, Which Will Be Designed In The Same Way As The Shelter At The Entrance To The New Extension - A Hipped Roof With A Low Pitch With A Gray Coating And An Underlay Of White Boards Supported By Steel Posts.
