The Management Committee Of Kilkenny Education Support Centre Invites Tenders To This Call For Tenders From Economic Operators For The Provision Of Catering Services. Tenderers Must Propose A Service Delivery Model That Ensures Food Is Prepared, Transported, Stored And Served Safely And Efficiently Within The Centre Environment. Meals Must Be Delivered To Designated Service Or Dining Areas In A Timely And Controlled Manner And In Full Compliance With Food Safety And Hygiene Legislation. Further Operational Requirements Are Set Out In Appendix 1.
