This Request For Proposals (The “Rfp”) Is An Invitation By The City Of Abbotsford To Prospective Proponents To Submit Proposals For City Of Abbotsford – Drainage Master Plan – Engineering Services, As Further Described In Section A Of The Rfp Particulars (Appendix B).The Objectives Of This Drainage Master Plan Project Are To: Upgrade The Required Infrastructure Needs To Meet The Expected Demands For A Population Of 250,000 For The Next 25 Years And Land Use Changes As Per The 2025 Ocp, Form The Basis For The City’S Drainage Capital Program By Reviewing And Prioritizing The Recommendations From The Existing Drainage Master Plan, Ismps, Previous Drainage Studies, Andassist The City In Reviewing And Adjusting The City’S Development Bylaw And Development Cost Charge (Dcc) Bylaw. The Master Plan Program Is Expected To Span Over An 18-Month Period From March 2026 Through September 2027.
