The City Of Riihimäki (Hereafter The Customer Or Procurement Entity) Requests A Bid For The Renovation Of Kauppakatu And Valtakatu In Accordance With The Scope Of This Tender And The Attached Contract Documents. The Procurement Is Carried Out As A Joint Procurement With The Riihimäki Water Supply Company (Riihimäki Vesi). The Goal Of The Project Is To Develop The City Center, Create A Pleasant And High-Quality Cityscape, Promote Accessibility And Improve The Condition Of The Street. In The Contract, The Construction Works In Accordance With The Plan Documents Concerning The Street And Water Supply Are Carried Out In The Scope Presented In The Tender Documents. Among Other Things, The Main Contractor Is Responsible For The Coordination Of The Work And Schedule Responsibility. The Construction Work Is Planned To Start In June 2026 And The Work Must Be Completed By The End Of October 2026 At The Latest.
