The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement With A Maximum Of Two Parties (One Per Cluster) For Carrying Out Maintenance On The Air Treatment Installations Of The Lumc. The Assignment Concerns: • Preventive Maintenance (1 X Per Year) Of Air Treatment Installations In Accordance With Prescribed Maintenance Instructions; • The Supply Of The Filters Required For Maintenance; • The Supply Of The V-Belts Required For Maintenance; • The Supply Of The Absolute Filters Required For Maintenance; • Replacing Pulleys (Approx. Once Every 5 Years); • Replacing Fan Bearings (Approx. Once Every 6 Years); • Outside Contractual Work, Including Breakdown Maintenance And Modifications.
