This Tender Concerns The Supply, Installation And Maintenance Of Two Passenger And Two Baggage Scanners For The Ind. The Scanner Is Used To Carry Out Security And Identity Checks On Asylum Applicants. The Purpose Is To Detect Prohibited Or Dangerous Objects On The Applicants Body With The People Scanner And In Their Luggage With The Baggage Scanner. In Addition To The Supply Of The Equipment, The Tender Also Includes The Training Of Personnel So That They Can Operate The Equipment Properly. A Service Contract Is Also Concluded For Preventive And Corrective Maintenance Of The Scanners, Including Annual Radiation Measurements For The Baggage Scanner. The Intended Equipment Will Contribute To Carrying Out Checks More Efficiently And Quickly, Thereby Increasing Overall Safety At The Location. The Scanners Must Operate Non-Invasively And Be Designed To Facilitate Verification Without Invading The Privacy Of Applicants. The Contract Has An Initial Term Of Four Years, With The Option Of Extension For A Maximum Of Three Periods Of 24 Months. There Is Also Room For Expansion To Other Ind Locations, Depending On Future Needs And Policy Developments.
