D2-V And D2-S20. Geographical Area Is Shown In D2-S01 The Work Is Settled With Circulars For Circular Processes, In Accordance With Quantities And Unit Prices For Other Processes And As Calculation Work In Accordance With Hourly Rates For Crew And Machines. The Contract Applies For The Period From And Including 01.09.2026 At 00.00 Up To And Including 31.08.2031 At 24.00 For All The Tasks Described. By Agreement, The Parties Can Extend The Contract To Also Apply For A Period Of A Further 12, 24 Or 36 Months, Cf. Ch. C3, Section 21. The Builder Has The Option To Extend The Contract By 12 Months, From And Including 1 September In The Year In Which The Contract Was Agreed To End (I.E. Either At The End Of The Original Contract Period, Or At The End Of The Extended Contract Period In Accordance With The Previous Section), Up To And Including 31 August Of The Year After.
