The Subject Of The Dynamic Purchasing System (Dsp) Is The Supply Of Various Types Of Medicinal Products For The Needs Of The Complex Oncology Center - Vratsa Eood (Kotc-Vratsa). The Types Of Medicinal Products Are Detailed In The Technical Specification - Annex No. 1 (Requirements For Dosage Form, Active Substance, Unit Of Measure And Estimated Quantity). The Types Of Medicinal Products And The Estimated Quantities Specified In The Technical Specification May Be Changed, Depending On The Specific Needs Of The Contracting Authority, When Awarding Each Specific Public Procurement, Within The Framework Of The Dynamic Purchase System Created, For The Duration Of Its Validity. The Term Of Operation Of The Dsp Is 27 (Twenty-Seven) Months And Begins To Run From The Date Of The Announcement Of The Procedure In The Cais System. The Deadline For Receiving The Initial Applications For Inclusion Is Until 23.03.2026 (Monday), Which Is No Shorter Than 30 Days From The Date Of Sending The Notice For Publication, According To Art. 85, Para. 2 Of The Zop. According To Art. 85, Para. 1 Of The Zop, Any Person Can Submit An Application For Inclusion In The Dsp Within The Period Of Its Validity. On Individual Contracts, It Is Possible To Apply A Renewal For 3 Additional Months.
