The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Provision Of Logistics And Organizational And Technical Preparation For Holding 1 /One/ Working Meeting, In Connection With The Implementation Of The Program: National Scientific Program Security And Defense, Adopted With Rms No. 731 Of 21.10.2021 And According To Agreement No. D 01-74/19.05.2022. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Covers The Provision Of The Following Services: Organization Of A Working Meeting On The Territory Of The Whole Country, Incl. And Organizational-Technical Preparation, Which Should Include The Implementation Of The Following Activities: - Provision Of Hotel Accommodation For 400 Nights (Planned For Up To 200 Participants For 2 Nights) On The Territory Of The Republic Of Bulgaria; - Provision Of Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner (Breakfast - 400 Pieces, Lunch - 200 Pieces And Dinner - 400 Pieces); - Provision Of 2 Coffee Breaks Per Day For Up To 200 Participants, Including Coffee, Tea, Mineral Water, Small Sweets/Snacks Or A Total Amount Of Up To 400 Pieces; - Provision Of Hall Rental For At Least 200 Participants And Equipment Rental For 1 Day (8 Hours); - Reproduction/Copying, Assembly And Distribution Of Materials Related To The Conduct Of The Specific Event (Program, Lectures, Survey Cards, Certificates, Etc.) For The Participants.
