The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Select An Insurer For Medical (Health) Insurance For The Employees Of Overgas Networks Ad In The Sense Of Art. 427 - 428 Of The Insurance Code (Ic). The Concluded Contract For Medical Insurance Aims To Ensure Effective Protection Of The Life And Health Of The Employees Of Overgaz Networks Ad For A One-Year Period By Ensuring The Provision Of Medical And Health Activities And Services And Reimbursing The Insured Employees For The Costs Incurred By Them For Medicines, Other Consumables And/Or Medical Devices And/Or Medical Goods. The Appointed Contractor (The Insurance Company) Ensures The Possibility Of Providing Health Activities, Services And Goods To The Insured Persons By Contractors Of Medical And Health Services And Activities (Medical Facilities, Medical Laboratories, Pharmacies, Opticians, Etc.).
