The Costs Of Delivery, Unloading Activities And Installation Of The Furniture Are For The Account Of The Contractor And Are Not Paid Additionally. The Characteristics Of The Furniture Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority. Object Of The Public Order The Object Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Goods, Carried Out By Purchase, In The Sense Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 2 Of The Civil Code. Place Of Performance The Delivery And Installation Of The Furniture Are Carried Out Ex-Officio At The Building Of The Yuriy Gagarin Primary School, Sliven, With Address: Sliven, Gh. Dame Gruev, Deli Radi Street No. 6. Separate Positions This Order Is Divided Into Two Separate Items. Item No. 1 Includes Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For The Construction Of A Stem Center, And Item No. 2 Includes Delivery And Installation Of Furniture Outside The Stem Center: This Order Is Divided Into Two Items. Item #1 Includes Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For The Construction Of A Stem Center, And Item #2 Includes Delivery And Installation Of Furniture Outside The Stem Center. A Detailed Description Of The Individual Types, Quantities And Technical Characteristics Of Each Of The Items Is Contained In The Technical Specification For The Order. The Values By Individual Items Are As Follows: Separate Item No. 1: Delivery And Installation Of Furniture For The Construction Of A Stem Center - 32,600.93 Euros (Thirty-Two Thousand Six Hundred Euros And 93 Cents) Excluding Vat; Separate Item No. 2 Delivery And Installation Of Furniture - 7,934.23 Euros (Seven Thousand Nine Hundred And Thirty-Four Euros And 23 Cents) Excluding Vat; On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop, Separate Item 2 With An Estimated Value Of Eur 7,934.23 Excluding Vat, Planned As A Separate Item In This Order, Will Be Awarded In The Order Of Its Individual Value - Through A Direct Contract, Since The Value Of The Separate Item Does Not Exceed The Amount Of Eur 79,998.77 Or Bgn 156,464 And At The Same Time The Estimated Value Of The Separate Item, Awarded In This Way, Does Not Exceeds 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. The Specified Estimated Value Of Item No. 1 Is Also The Maximum Financial Resource Of The Contracting Authority For Their Implementation. The Offers Of The Participants Must Not Exceed The Maximum Financial Resource In Euros Without Incl. Vat, Respectively With Incl. Vat For The Relevant Item. If A Participant Exceeds The Thus Indicated Maximum Available Financial Resource For The Relevant Position, Regardless Of Whether He Offers A Price Without Incl. Vat, Such As Incl.
