Tender Contract For Collection, Welcome And Assistance For Abandoned And/Or Lost Pets.The Purpose Of The Contract Is The Provision Of The Services Of Collection And Reception Of Domestic Animals, Lost And/Or Abandoned Or Injured On Public Roads In The Municipal Term Of Santpedor. The Tasks Included Are The Following: A) Collection, Capture, Transfer And Maintenance Of Pet Animals Lost/Abandoned On Public Roads. B) Reception, Maintenance And Maintenance Of Collected Animals Until They Are Recovered, Surrendered Or In Their Case Sacrificed, In The Assessed Cases Provided In Law 7/2023 Of March 28. C) Collections Of Animals Derived From Judicial And/Or Administrative Actions. D) Promote And Carry Out The Procedures For Adoption Of Animals, Including The Placement Of Identification Chips And Sterilization, When Necessary.
