The Contractor Fully Implements The E-Bike Program: From Recruitment, Starting Times And Behavioral Guidance To The Supply And Maintenance Of E-Bikes And Accessories, Including Any Insurance. In Addition, The Contractor Provides A Takeover Offer That Is Affordable And Suitable For The Target Group, Including Payment Options And Guarantee, And Ensures Careful Monitoring And Reporting To Continuously Improve The Program.
