The Implementation Of E-Services Involves The Implementation Of The Following Tasks: 1) Delivery Of Ebok Licenses; 2) Delivery Of Mbok Application License; 3) Delivery Of The Ticket Management Panel License; 4) Delivery Of A Geographic Information System License (Gis Www); 5) Installation Service, Tests And Launch Of Ebok And Mbok Software; 6) Ebok And Mbok Integration Service With The Stationary Water Meter Reading System (Rest Api Or Equivalent); 7) Employee Training Service. 4. The Aim Of The Implementation Is To Launch An Electronic Customer Service Office (Ebok And Mbok). The Result Will Be A Responsive Website For Pc And An Application Version For Mobile Devices. As Part Of The Order, The Ordering Partys Management And Employees Will Also Be Trained In The Implementation Of Ict Tools In The Enterprises It Architecture, Competences And Practical Skills In The Use Of These Tools For Business Purposes, Including Ebok And Mbok Customer Service And Ict Security, I.E. The Ability To Effectively Prevent And Respond To Cybersecurity Incidents. The Aim Of The Project Is To Digitize The Process Of Servicing The Residents Of Siemiatycze In Terms Of Recording Water Consumption And Calculating Fees For Water Consumption And Municipal Sewage Collection. 5. The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Along With The Definition Of The Minimum Requirements Is Presented In Annex No. 2 To The Swz - Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz).
