Sports Facilities Operation Services – Concession Contract Relating To The Delegation Of Public Service For The Management Of The Aquamaris Aquatic Area In Cordemais.. The Delegatee Will Ensure, At Its Own Risk, The Administrative, Technical, Commercial And Financial Operation Of The Various Spaces Subject To The Delegation, And In Particular In This Respect: - The Administrative And Financial Management Of The Service - The Reception Of The Different Typologies Of Users And The Management Of The Operation Of The Equipment - The Maintenance In Perfect Operating Condition Of The Works The Opening Range Of The Equipment Will Be Fixed In The Concession Contract Relating To The Public Service Delegation Agreement. The Delegatees Remuneration Will Be Made Via Revenues Collected From Users, As Part Of The Operation Of The Public Service. Prices Will Be Set By The Community Of Municipalities, On The Proposal Of The Delegatee, And In Compliance With Public Service Constraints. The Public Service Delegation Agreement Will Include A Subsidy Paid By The Community Of Municipalities To The Delegatee, In Respect Of The Public Service Constraints Imposed On It. The Subsidy Will Be Subject To An Annual Ceiling For The Entire Duration Of The Public Service Delegation Agreement, In Order To Ensure That The Delegatee Bears The Risk Of Attendance. The Delegatee Will Have To Pay A Fee For Occupying The Public Domain, The Amount Of Which Will Be Fixed In The Contract. The Duration Of The Envisaged Public Service Delegation Agreement Is Five Years From January 1, 2027.
