Servers - Purchase And Delivery Of Devices Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity Of Ict Systems Along With Implementation And Training As Part Of The Digital Transformation Project Of Spzoz In Świdnica Through The Development Of Digital Services To Improve The Efficiency, Availability And Quality Of Medical Services Provided And To Increase The Level Of Cybersecurity. Continued Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 12. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes References To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2) And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. The Contractor Who Refers To Solutions Equivalent To Those Described By The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Demonstrate That The Supplies And Services Offered By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 13. The Ordering Party Is Implementing The Order In Accordance With The Dnsh (Do No Significant Harm) Principle, Which Means That It Does Not Cause Significant Damage To Environmental Goals, In Accordance With The Principle Of Doing No Serious Damage Resulting From Art. 17 Of Eu Regulation 2020/852 And The Guidelines Of The National Reconstruction Plan. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform The Order In A Way That Ensures No Negative Impact On Environmental Goals, In Particular: Prevention Of Environmental Pollution, Efficient Management Of Resources, Minimization Of Emissions And Waste. 14. The Ordering Party Informs All Contractors Involved In The Execution Of The Order About The Possibility Of Using And Processing Data In The Arachne And Skaner Systems. Arachne System - Means An Integrated It Tool Developed By The European Commission, The Purpose Of Which Is To Collect Data On Investments Carried Out From Eu Funds And Assess Their Risk, And To Support Institutions In The Processes Of Ensuring The Correctness Of Incurred Expenses, Including Directing Controls. Scanner System - Application Connected To Sl2021 And Other Data Sources (Including The National Court Register - Krs, Central Register And Information On Economic Activity - Ceidg, Central Register Of Beneficial Owners - Crbr). Communication Between The Systems Allows You To Download Data From Individual Sources, Such As: Identification Data, Information About Related Entities And Persons, List Of Beneficial Owners, Pkd Codes, Information About Implemented Projects, Information About Orders. 15. Pursuant To Art. 257 Point 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Cancel The Contract Award Procedure If The Public Funds That The Ordering Party Intended To Use To Finance All Or Part Of The Order Were Not Awarded To It.
