The Subject Of The Agreement Under The Basic Order Is The Performance On The Dates And Under The Terms Specified In The Agreement: 1. Under The Basic Order: 1.1. Providing Maintenance Services For Shelters, Islands And Stile Tunnels At Each Mpo In A Non-Deteriorated Condition, Ensuring Safety Of Use And The Safety Of Highway Users, As Well As The Safety Of Other People Staying In The Mpo Area (Hereinafter Referred To As Maintenance Services); 1.2. Performing Periodic Inspections Of Shelters, Islands And Manhole Tunnels, As Well As Installations Related To Shelters And Tunnels On The Mpo Premises, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Applicable Law, In Particular Art. 62 Db (Hereinafter Referred To As Periodic Reviews); - Hereinafter Collectively Referred To As Services. 2. Under Option Law: 2.1. Services Of The Same Type Referred To In Point 2.1.1 Swz, With The Possibility Of Extending The Duration Of The Agreement, But No Longer Than By Another 12 Months In Relation To The Deadline Specified In § 3 Of The Ppu, Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. 3. Detailed Conditions Regarding The Implementation Of The Order Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement (Ppu) Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz.
