The Procurement Also Includes Options For Functions Linked To Employee Travel. The Purpose Is To Ensure System Support That Contributes To A Legal, Efficient And Qualitative Recruitment Process In Accordance With Current Legislation And Regulations. The Current Agreement Expires On December 31, 2026. The Recruitment System Is Used Today Primarily By Managers And Recruiters, But Also By Union Representatives And Other Participants In Recruitment Groups. In Total, The Number Of Users Amounts To Approximately 700. The New System Must Therefore Be Able To Support A Broad And Varied User Group And Offer Effective And Easy-To-Use Support For Both Experienced Users And Infrequent Users. For The Users, The System Should Facilitate And Streamline The Recruitment Process. For The Job Seeker, The System Should Enable A Simple Application Process And Contribute To Umeå Municipality Being Perceived As An Attractive Employer.
