Construction Work – Preparation Of A Replacement Design And Execution Of Construction Works For The Construction Of The Tourist Service Center Of The Wieliczka Salt Mine. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation For A Replacement Construction Design, Detailed Design And Work Schedule, Obtaining A Decision To Change The Building Permit And Construction Of The Buildings Of The Tourist Service Center, Ticket Sales Point And Underground Tunnels In The Wieliczka Salt Mine In Wieliczka, Together With The Development Of The Investment Area And Infrastructure, And Obtaining An Occupancy Permit, Hereinafter Referred To As Construction Works, In Accordance With The Offer Contractor Submitted As Part Of The Tender Procedure. 1.2 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes All Works Or Activities Necessary For Its Full Implementation, Even If They Were Not Expressly Mentioned In The Contract Or Its Annexes, Including Works That Are Necessary For The Stability Of The Building, Completeness And Safety Of Use And Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order. This Provision Applies In Particular To Design Works, Construction Works And Other Activities The Need To Perform Becomes Apparent During The Execution Of The Contract (E.G. If The Work Goes Beyond The Detailed Calculations Of Activities And Works Included In The Contract Or Annexes), But Which The Contractor, Having Appropriate Knowledge And Experience, Should Have Anticipated In The Light Of The Content Of The Contract (Including Annexes), Applicable Technical, Construction And Administrative Regulations, As Well As Technical, Technological Knowledge And Professional Experience. Such Works And Activities Will Be Treated As Covered By The Subject Of The Order, Therefore The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To A Claim For A Change To The Contract, Including A Change In The Amount Of Remuneration. 2. Detailed Guidelines For The Design And Execution Of Construction Works 2.1 As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To: 1) Obtain All Maps, Studies, Opinions, Arrangements, Decisions And Other Documents Necessary To Develop A Replacement Construction Design, Including The Preparation Of Current Energy Characteristics And An Expert Opinion On The Necessary Fire Route), 2) Obtain A Permit From The Małopolska Provincial Conservator Of Monuments To Carry Out Construction Works Based On Replacement Construction Design 3) Submitting On Behalf Of The Ordering Party To The Competent Architectural And Construction Authority An Application For Issuing A Decision On Changing The Building Permit And Obtaining A Decision On Changing The Building Permit, 4) Developing Connection Designs, Together With Their Approval And Reporting Of The Works, And Replacement Traffic Organization Designs For The Period Of Occupation Of The Road, Along With Their Approval, 5) Developing A Temporary Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of Construction Works And A Permanent Traffic Organization Design For The Entrance To The Area From The Side Street Dembowski, 6) Developing A Material And Financial Schedule For The Works, 7) Ensuring The Implementation Of Authors Supervision By The Chief Designer In The Scope Of Works With
