Electronic Collection Services Of Local Taxes And Fees Through The Globalpay Platform, Including Through The Googlepay And Applepay Services, Unique Registration Code: 4230487/2026/11 The Object And Purpose Of The Purchase Is The Purchase Of The Online Payment Service, By Card, Available To Natural And Legal Taxpayers, Of Fiscal And Non-Fiscal Obligations Owed To The Municipality Of Oradea, As Well As Their Electronic Administration And Reporting Through The Platform Globalpay, Including Through Googlepay And Applepay Services. The Purchased Services Can Be Provided By Entities Defined By Art. 2 Of Law 209/2019. The Sums Collected Through The Globalpay Platform Represent Exclusively Taxes/Fees/Social Contributions/Any Other Revenues That Are Brought To The General Consolidated Local Budget And Are Exempted From Forced Follow-Up Through Seizure, According To Art. 224 Fiscal Procedure Code And Art. 781 Para. 5 Civil Procedure Code.
