The Senior Center For Social Work I Anna Freud School Is Located At Halemweg 24 In 13627 Berlin. The Cafeteria Should Be Managed By An External Tenant/Operator/Manager. Management Is Carried Out In The Operators Own Name, On His Own Account And At His Own Economic Risk. The Upper School Center Is Scheduled To Move In During The 2026 Summer Holidays. The New Building Replaces A Structurally Outdated And Spatially Outdated Building, Which Is Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The New Building To Be Built And Will Be Demolished After The New Building Is Completed. The Witzleben Elementary School And A Daycare Center Are In The Immediate Vicinity. There Are Currently Around 1,000 Students And Around 105 Employees To Be Looked After. The Number Of Students Actually Present May Vary. This Information Provides A Guide. Monthly Purchase Quantities From Previous Management Are Not Available. The Landlord Does Not Guarantee A Specific Number Of Participants Or A Specific Minimum Turnover. The Rental Area Is On The Ground Floor And Totals Approximately 254.83 M².
