Radio, Television, Communication, Telecommunication And Related Equipment – Rv System Integration And Services Audiovisual Communication Technology (Avk). The Two Framework Agreements Are Intended To Ensure A) That Th Köln Is Equipped With Audiovisual Communication Technology And B) All Corresponding Services At All Th Köln Locations. The Services Relate To The Renovation, Revitalization Or Renewal Of The Existing Audiovisual Communication Technology Equipment Or The Service For The Existing Equipment At All Th Köln Locations (Cologne, Gummersbach, Leverkusen, Kürten). Approximately Eur 350,000 Is Planned For This Per Year, Which Is To Be Understood As The Sum Of The Minimum Purchase Limit Of Both Framework Agreements. With Planned Constant Investment In Media Equipment At Th Köln, There Is An Estimated Total Need For Integration And Service Of Eur 5 Million Net In Four Years. For The Identified Overall Need For Modern Modernization Measures For The Media Equipment At The Th Cologne As Well As The Necessary Services For The Existing Technology, There Is An Estimated Maximum Investment Volume Of Eur 8 Million Net In Four Years. All Measures Are Implemented Through Calls From The Framework Agreements. The Scope Of Calls That Goes Beyond The Minimum Purchase Limit Depends On The Availability Of Appropriate External Funding. There Is No Obligation To Accept Delivery On The Part Of Th Köln.
