Tenders are invited for Provision of Tube Bundle of Steam Condenser for GPS. Proposals Submission Deadline: should be before 04:00 PM Baghdad Time on 10th of March.2026. Bidders should submit the following documents in the proposal submission date: 1. Technical Proposal Envelope Contain the Following: 1.1. Submit color copy of all companys legal document as the following: a. For Iraqi local companies should submit color copy of the Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID). b. For Foreign companies should submit copy of all registration documents belonging for their company from their countries in English language, and the registration documents in Iraq. c. Local and foreign companies registered in Iraq shall submit a valid Company Tax ID and a valid non prevention issued by the (GCT). 1.2. The winner company shall provide the original documents before award the project. 1.3. The bidder should submit a complete technical offer including a (Catalogs, MSDS ( and any other relevant documentation, and must comply with the specifications mentioned in the scope of supply. If there are no technical details in the offer, the proposal will be considered technically unqualified. 1.4.
