Tenders are invited for Basic Digital Marketing Training Services for Vulnerable Women CARE established its presence in Lebanon in 2006 and has been responding to the Syrian Crisis since late 2012.Among CAREs key imperatives is putting people it serves first through implementing cutting edge programming in areas it operates.CARE currently carries out activities in Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Akkar, North Lebanon, South Lebanon, and the Beqaa Valley. CARE implements both emergency and development projects contributing to livelihood, food security, protection, gender, shelter, and water, sanitation, and hygiene. It targets the most vulnerable people and populations, both host communities and refugees.Over the course of 7 years, it has supported over than half a million beneficiaries. In Lebanon, CAREs program strategy for the upcoming years will focus on strengthening and expanding its emergency response and capacity to provide basic assistance services while pursuing development projects in areas of food security and livelihood support, gender, and protection. CARE intends to maintain its presence in all areas of Lebanon. CARE Lebanon has scaled up rapidly over the past few years and today it has about 90 staff members, with more than 15 different local/international partner organizations. 90% of the team is composed of national staff, with a symbolic number of international members. Project overview Under the CDCS project, CARE is implementing vocational training programs targeting vulnerable women in conflict-affected areas of Mount Lebanon (Dahyieh) and South Lebanon (Nabatieh District). In addition to sector-specific vocational skills, a Basic Digital Marketing training was identified as a critical complementary skill to support women operating in: Cake Baking & Decorating, Cookies & Cupcakes Professional Makeup Sewing & Tailoring Soap, Candles & Resin Making This short training will enable participants to market their products and services using accessible digital tools and social media platforms, particularly for home-based and small-scale businesses. CARE seeks to contract a qualified service provider/trainer to deliver a fully prepared, short-duration training, with all content finalized and approved at the proposal stage. Objective To identify and contract a qualified Basic Digital Marketing Service Provider / Trainer to deliver a 2-day (8-hour) training program (4 hours per day) for vulnerable women enrolled in vocational training programs, using pre-approved training materials fully submitted during the proposal stage. Scope of Work & Responsibilities Key Principle All training content must be fully developed, complete, and submitted during the proposal stage. No curriculum development, material design, or content adaptation will be permitted after contract award. Once contracted, the consultants responsibility will be limited to training delivery only. 1. Training Materials PowerPoint presentations in Arabic Instructional videos (Arabic or Arabic subtitled) or any related materials (if available). Training Delivery Responsibilities (Post-Contract): Upon contract award, the consultant will be responsible only for: Delivering the 4-hour training over 1 session using the approved materials submitted at the proposal stage. Facilitating practical exercises tailored to participants vocational sectors. 3. Materials & Logistics CARE will provide training venue. The consultant should secure training equipment and consumables required for the practical sessions, to be used by approximately 25 trainees.
