Quotation are invited for External Evaluator for YSAE Project. How to apply To apply, please submit the following documents: A detailed CV A proposal for the evaluation methodology, including a draft work plan incorporating the various steps of the evaluation and covering IOB evaluation criteria Two examples of previous relevant work or writing samples The candidates proposed daily rate and proposed team composition Separate Technical and Financial proposals (submitted as two distinct files) Applications must clearly separate the Technical File (CV, methodology, work plan, writing samples, and team composition) from the Financial File (proposed daily rate and detailed financial offer).
