Tenders are invited for Rice stored in Japan by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries of Japan. Products and Services under Japans Grant Aid for the Food Assistance Programme he Government of the Republic of Madagascar (hereinafter referred to as the Recipient) has received a grant of three hundred million Japanese Yen (JPY300,000,000) from the Government of Japan according to the Exchange of Notes between the Governments on October 10, 2024, concerning Japans Grant Aid for the Food Assistance Programme (KR), aiming for contributing to promotion of the economic and social development of the Recipient. Japan International Cooperation System (hereinafter referred to as JICS) acts as a procurement agent for and on behalf of the Recipient for the purchase of the product (hereinafter referred to as the Products) and services under this grant. 2. Scope of Supply The scope of supply covered by this tender (hereinafter referred to as the Supply) consists of the supply and delivery of the Products to a warehouse located inside the port of Toamasina in the Republic of Madagascar.
