Tenders are invited for Construction Regional Nursery Gate Keo Seima Mondulkiri Province 1. Submission Instructions All quotations or offers must be: o Submitted in Seal Envelop (hard copy) o Delivered to: WCS Cambodia as below: Phnom Penh Office: #21, Street 21, Tonle Basac, Phnom Penh, Cambodia o Quotations received after the deadline will be rejected. o Quotation must remain valid for a minimum of 30 days from the closing date. o Email or electronic submissions will not be accepted. 2. Instruction to Bidders Bidders must comply with the following: i. Delivery Terms - Specify clearly: Delivery timeline (e.g., within X days after contract agreement) Delivery location: Keo Seima District, Mondulkiri Province ii.
