Tenders are invited for Supply of Mining Equipment 1. Two Units of Excavators (Sany SY500H Heavy-Duty Excavator) 2. One Unit of Bulldozer (D6) SANY 3. One unit of Low Bed Truck (100 Ton Capacity) 4. One unit of Payloader SANY SW405K 5. One Unit of Drilling Rig SANY Eligibility Criteria 1. The Entity hereby invites sealed Bids from eligible interested bidders/vendors for the execution of the above described supplies: 2. Interested Bidders are required to provide details satisfying the following eligibility criteria: Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nig; Company Income Tax Clearance Certificate for the last Three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) Company Audited Accounts for three (3) years (2023, 2024 & 2025) Companys profile; Evidence of Financial Capability including Bank reference letter indicating willingness to provide credit facility if/when necessary and needed. Evidence of Registration with Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurement. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding procedures as specified in the Yobe State Bureau on Public Procurements Guidelines (Procurement of Goods, Works and related Services) and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. 4. Interested eligible bidders/vendors may obtain further information from the Director Planning Research and Statistics and collect bidding documents during office hours (0900 to 1500 hours) at Yobe State Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals Damaturu. 5. A Complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested eligible bidders/vendors upon payment of non-refundable fee of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira Only (N150, 000.00). 6. Bids must be delivered to Yobe State Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals Damaturu on or before 2nd March, 2026. 7. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the vendors/bidders designated representatives at Yobe State Ministry of Commerce, Industry, Tourism and Solid Minerals Damaturu by 12:00 noon on 2nd March, 2026.
