The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task Entitled: Adaptation Of The Franciszek Shaft In Ruda Śląska Into Supported Housing And Social Integration Space Including The Implementation Of A Multi-Industry Project Titled Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Engine Room Building As Well As Renovation, Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of The Shaft Head Building With An Exhaust Tower And The Remains Of The Boiler Room Building With A Chimney Included In The Szyb Franciszek Development Complex, Along With A Change In Their Use For Residential Purposes, Development Of The Area And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure For The Topic Szyb Franciszek Space For Social Integration. Adaptation Of Buildings Into Assisted Housing. The Subject Of The Investment Is The Adaptation Of Two Buildings Of The Szyb Development Complex. Franciszek, Consisting Of Renovation Works And Reconstruction Of The Engine Room Building, As Well As Renovation Works, Reconstruction And Partial Reconstruction Of The Shaft Head Building With A Hoisting Tower And The Remains Of The Boiler Room Building With A Chimney. The Reconstruction Of The Shaft Head Building Will Consist In A Reconstruction Based On Available Archival Materials. Conservation Works On The Buildings Will Also Be Carried Out. The Scope Of The Investment Also Includes The Development Of The Area With An Access Road, Paved Areas, Greenery, The Construction Of A Square For Social Integration Of The Area And The Necessary Technical Infrastructure. It Is Assumed That The Buildings Will Be Adapted For Residential Purposes, With The Specific Purpose Of Providing Them With Assisted Housing For The Elderly. The Subject Of The Construction Project Is To Carry Out A Number Of Construction And Conservation Works, Renovation And Reconstruction Of The Engine Room Building, Reconstruction And Reconstruction Of The Shaft Head Building, Together With The Necessary Adaptation Works Allowing The Buildings To Be Used For Residential Purposes. It Is Assumed That The Buildings Will Be Adapted To The Needs Of Supported Housing For The Elderly Or People With Disabilities, And Common Areas Have Been Separated For Future Residents And People Who May Visit The Facility For Tourist Purposes. Currently, The Buildings Are Not In Use. The Order Covers The Performance Of Construction, Conservation, Renovation, Assembly And Installation Works, Together With The Execution Of Connections And The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of Devices And Equipment Specified In The Project In Question.
