This Procedure Is Carried Out As Part Of The Project: Center For The Ex Situ Multiplication And Maintenance Of Species From Annex Ii Of The Habitats Directive And Those Threatened With Extinction And Protected In Poland - Ceres Garden No. Feds.02.07-Iz.00-0004/23, Which Received Funding Under:• Priority No. 2 European Funds For The Environment In Lower Silesia,• Measure No. 2.7 Nature And Climate Protection, European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 Program.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Swz And In The Annexes Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz, In Particular In Accordance With Annex. No. 3 To Swz - Technical Documentation And Annex. No. 4 To Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract Specifying The Scope And Conditions Of Service Provision.4. Regret.
