The Area Where The Electrical Substations Are Located Is A Part Of The Giszowiec Workers Estate And Is Under Conservation Protection Based On The Entry In The Register Of Monuments No. A/1229/78 Of August 18, 1978. And 1348/87 Of 23/06/1987. 1) The Subject Of The Contract Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory Work; B) Demolition And Dismantling Works (Doors, Roofing); C) Insulation Of Building Foundations; D) Construction Of New Structures And Roof Coverings; E) Disassembly Of The Steel Pole, Cleaning, Repair Of Defects By Replacing Them, Anti-Corrosion Protection, Painting, Reassembly And Replacement/Reconstruction Of Insulators; F) Construction Of Floors From Refined Concrete Cubes; G) Reflection Of Old External And Internal Plasters; H) Supplementing Missing Bricks; I) Execution Of Mineral Cement And Lime Plasters; J) Priming And Painting Building Facades; K) Waste Disposal; L) Construction Of An Information Board. 2) The Ordering Party Does Not Provide Access To Water And Electricity, The Contractor Will Provide Them On Its Own. 3) The Ordering Party Will Make Available To The Contractor Free Of Charge The Area (Land) For The Construction Facilities At Ul.
