1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Successive Deliveries Of Meat And Cold Cuts To The District School Dormitory In Człuchów. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Set Out In Annex No. 3 To This Swz And Includes, Among Others: Fresh Meat: Shoulder, Ham, Bacon, Pork Loin, Beef, Neck, Poultry Breasts, Legs, Wings, Liver, Pork Neck, Pork Loin, Shoulder And Cold Meats: Smoked And Dried Sausage, Smoked Ham, Hams, Sausages, Tenderloin, Etc.2. Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, I.E., Among Others: - Quality Standards Or Certificates, - Labeling, Including The Date Of Minimum Durability And Expiry Date, - Appropriate Method Of Transporting Goods - Maintaining Separate Transport, - The Delivered Assortment Must Be Free Of Physical And Biochemical Damage That Reduces Its Utility Value, - Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.3. The Contractor Will Receive Remuneration For The Quantity Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract Actually Ordered And Delivered. The Obligatory Scope Of The Order, I.E. The Minimum (Guaranteed) Quantities, Is 50% Of The Gross Contract Value.4. The Contractor Will Deliver The Subject Of The Order Using Specialized Transport Adapted To Transport Food, In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.5.
