The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works Consisting In Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Grit. The Scope Of Work Includes: Incorporation Of 1,350 Tons Of Emulsion And Grit By Performing Partial Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Of County Roads With Emulsion And Grit Using A Patcher Type Repairer In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party. For The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces With Emulsion And Grits, A Quick-Disintegrating Cationic Asphalt Emulsion Of Class C 65 Bp3 Pu/Rc And Washed Basalt Grits With A Fraction Of 2-5 Mm And 2-8 Mm Should Be Used (Fractions 2-8 Should Be Used For Larger Pothole Depths). The Cationic Modified Asphalt Emulsion Must Have A Valid Declaration Of Performance Allowing For Use On Roads And Meet The Requirements Of The Pn En 13808 Standard. Washed Basalt Crushed Stones Should Meet The Requirements Of The Pn En 13043 Standard And Have A Current Declaration Of Performance. The Renovation Of Bituminous Surfaces Should Be Carried Out By A Patcher Type Vehicle-Renovator Adapted To Clean The Repaired Area And Install It. Stone Chips Surrounded By Pressurized Asphalt Emulsion. Renovation Works Should Be Performed Successively In A Continuous System, And Each Interruption For Reasons Not Attributable To The Ordering Party For A Period Exceeding 4 (Four Days) Will Result In A Contractual Penalty Being Charged Or Withdrawal From The Contract For Reasons Attributable To The Contractor. Before Starting The Task, Patcher Renovators Will Be Weighed On The Basis Of The Ordering Party To Determine The Net Weight Of The Vehicle At The Ordering Partys Expense. Every Day, A Receipt From The Weighing Of A Loaded Vehicle Along With The Name Of The Road Section Being Renovated Should Be Delivered To The Supervision Inspector Or To The District Road Administration In Krotoszyn. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Renovations To Be Carried Out Using A Sprinkler Or Manual Spreading Of Grit. Upon Taking Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For All Defects Occurring In The Road Surface And Newly Created Ones, Therefore The Contractor Should Fully Commit To Repairs In Order To Eliminate Them, Which Will Lead To Safe Travel. In The Event Of Damage To Vehicles After Taking Over The Construction Site, The Contractor Is Responsible For Covering The Costs Of Repairs Related To Surface Defects And Loose Grit Chips. The Ordering Party Allows The Entire Road Network Or Part Of It To Be Submitted For Renovation. The Ordering Party Will Submit And The Contractor Is Obliged To Take Over The Next Stage Within 14 Days Of Handing Over The Previous Stage. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Indicate The Scope Of Roads To Be Repaired. The Scope Of Construction Works Is Provided In Annex 2 To The Swz. - Offer Cost Estimate
