The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work In The Design And Build System, Consisting Of: Part 1: Construction Of Lighting For An Internal City Road, Plot No. 333/14 And 334/9, Precinct No. 6, Ul. Mazurska From Building No. 22 To 24 In Kętrzyn. The Basic Tasks Of The Contractor In The Design And Build System Include: 1) Preparation Of Comprehensive Design Documentation, Obtaining A Building Permit Or No Objection To Reporting Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit And Implementation Of Construction Works According To The Documentation Prepared For The Task Titled Construction Of Lighting For An Internal City Road, Plot No. 333/14 And 334/9, Precinct No. 6, Ul. Mazurska From Building No. 22 To 24 In Kętrzyn.2) Development Of Design Documentation For Traffic Organization For The Duration Of Works In The Road, Including Obtaining Approval Of Traffic Organization Designs By The Traffic Organizer On Municipal And District Roads, Along With The Transfer Of Copyright Property Rights Within The Scope And On The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, With The Right To Execute And Allowing The Exercise Of Derivative Copyrights To The Design Documentation To The Extent And Under The Terms Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement, Including The Transfer Of Ownership Rights To The Copies And Cd/Dvd Media On Which The Design Documentation Was Recorded; Reconstruction Of The Surface After Open Excavations, Possible Collisions With Underground Utilities, However, In The Employers Opinion, There Is Enough Space In The Internal Road Area To Develop A Design And Carry Out Construction Works Without Collisions With Other Technical Infrastructure Devices. The Scope Of The Investment Is Covered By The Provisions Of The Local Development Plan And Is Not Located In Protected Areas. 3) Execution Of Construction Works, Including: Carrying Out Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Prepared Design Study And In Accordance With The Approved Traffic Organization Plan For The Duration Of The Works. 4) The Scope Of The Entire Investment Includes The Preparation Of Technical Documentation Together With The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) And The Traffic Organization Design For The Duration Of The Works, Downloading The Construction Log, Appointing A Construction Manager, Carrying Out The Works In Accordance With The Prepared Documentation, Reporting The Completion Of Construction To The Appropriate Construction Supervision Inspectorate.2.
