1.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Water Rescue Services In The Facilities Of The Municipal Sports And Recreation Center In Toruń In Accordance With The Schedule Of Activities Included In Annex No. 1 To The Siwz.1.2. The Obligations Referred To In Annex No. 1 Will Be Performed By The Contractor Using The Ordering Partys Tools.1.3. The Services Constituting The Subject Matter Should Be Performed In Particular In Accordance With: A) The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas (Journal Of Laws Of 2018, Item 1482, As Amended), In Particular Those Indicated In Art. 13 And 16 Of This Act. B) The Act Of September 8, 2006 On State Emergency Medical Services (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 993, As Amended), In Particular Those Indicated In Art. 14 Of This Act. 1.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Activities That Are The Subject Of The Order With Due Diligence And By Persons With Appropriate Professional Training. 1.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Regularly Equip Rescuers With Uniforms With The Company Logo And Footwear In Accordance With Occupational Health And Safety Requirements.1.6. To Ensure The Proper Performance Of The Accepted Works, The Ordering Party Requires The Involvement Of People In A Number Ensuring Proper Performance Of The Service (In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In Annex No. 1 To The Swz). Full-Time Employees With Qualifications As A Lifeguard Within The Meaning Of The Act Of August 18, 2011 On The Safety Of Persons Staying In Water Areas.
