The Subject Of The Order Includes The Development Of Decisions For Applications That Were Submitted To The Mayor Of The Skołyszyn Commune In 2025 And Applications That Were Received Or Will Be Received In 2026. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Establishing Development Conditions, Including Decisions On Development Conditions For Residential Buildings Up To 70 M2, Along With Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Analysis Results. 2) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, For Projects In Which It Is Required, Along With Graphic Annexes To The Draft Decision, Analysis And Analysis Results, And Preparing Them For Obtaining Appropriate Arrangements. 3) Preparing Changes To The Final Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments. 4) Preparing Draft Decisions On The Refusal To Establish Development Conditions And Refusing Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment. 5) Preparing Drafts Of Repealed Decisions And Submitted For Reconsideration By The Local Government Appeals Court In Krosno. 6) Preparing Drafts And Changes To Decisions Issued/Suspended In Previous Years. 7) Submitting To The Ordering Party Drafts Of Prepared Decisions In Electronic And Paper Versions, In The Number Corresponding To The Indication Of The Authorities Referred To In Art. 53 Section 4 And Art. 64 Section 4 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, For Which Approval Must Be Requested. 8) Execution Of The Order Based On The Current Provisions Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Of March 27, 2003 (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And All Implementing Acts, In Particular The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Buildings And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 26, 2003.
