A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Ordering Party Requires That The Subject Of The Order Be Implemented On The Terms And Conditions Specified In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz And In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Informs That It Will Require Contractors To Submit The Said Evidence To Confirm That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. In The Finished Product Specification Document Submitted With The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Confirm That The Offered Product Will Meet All The Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party In Point 1 Of Annex No. 2 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. Failure To Confirm That The Offered Subject Of The Order Meets The Parameters Specified By The Ordering Party Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer As Inconsistent With The Content Of The Tor.
